P1–P10 Swing Position Explorer

Scrub the swing frame by frame, or jump straight to any of the ten P positions. The skeleton is the same pose model the SwingOK app draws.

P1, Address. Shoulder turn 0 degrees, hip turn 0 degrees, club speed 0 miles per hour. Neutral grip, spine tilted 38°. Weight 52/48. Good.

The skeleton is an idealised reference swing, not a recording of a real golfer. Angles and club speed are the model's values for that reference — treat them as a shape to compare against, not a measurement of anybody's swing.

How to use this

  1. Drag the scrubber, or press the arrow keys, to move one frame at a time through the swing.
  2. Tap any of the ten P buttons — or press 1 to 9 and 0 — to jump straight to that position.
  3. Press play to watch the whole sequence, and drop to 0.25× to see the transition properly.
