SwingOK has not launched. Nothing is being sold here yet, so these terms are short and cover exactly one thing: using this website and being on the waitlist.

We would rather publish an honest description of where we stand than dress up a template as a finished legal agreement. These terms will be replaced by a reviewed version before SwingOK ships anything you can pay for.
1. What this site is
swingok.com is an informational website operated by SwingOK Inc.. It describes a golf swing analysis app that is in development, publishes guides about golf swing mechanics and measurement, and collects email addresses for a waitlist. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree with them, the remedy is simple: don't use the site.
2. No service is being sold
There is no product, subscription or service available for purchase here. No payment is taken, no account is created, and no contract for the supply of software is formed by reading these pages or by joining the waitlist. When SwingOK is available, it will come with its own terms that you will be asked to accept at that point.
3. Waitlist membership grants no entitlement
Joining the waitlist puts your email address in a queue. It is not a reservation, a pre-order, a licence or a promise. Specifically: we do not guarantee that the app will be released, that it will be released on any particular date or platform, that you will receive an invitation, that any described feature will exist in the shipped product, or that the founding-member benefits described on the waitlist page will be offered on the same terms. We intend to honour them. We are telling you plainly that intent is not a contract.
You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing [email protected]. We may also remove entries — for example, addresses that bounce or signups that look automated.
4. Content is general instruction, not personalised coaching
Everything published here about the golf swing is general information about mechanics and measurement. It is not personalised coaching, and it is not medical, physiotherapeutic or any other kind of health advice. We do not know your body, your history or your swing, and nothing on this site should be read as an instruction for you specifically.
Golf is a physical activity and you take part in it at your own risk. If you are unsure whether an activity is appropriate for you, or you have any pain, injury or medical condition, speak to a qualified healthcare professional before acting on anything you read here — and work with a qualified golf coach for instruction tailored to you. Our editorial policy sets out the scope limits we hold ourselves to.
5. Accuracy and changes
We work hard to be accurate and we cite sources for factual claims, but we make no warranty that the content is complete, current or error-free. Descriptions of the app describe a product under development and may change. We may modify, suspend or withdraw any part of this site at any time, and we may update these terms — the date at the top will change when we do. Found a mistake? Tell us at [email protected].
6. Intellectual property
The SwingOK name and logo, the site design, the text, the illustrations, the interactive tools and the underlying code are owned by SwingOK Inc. or used with permission, and are protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may read, link to and quote short extracts of our articles with clear attribution and a link back to the original page. You may not republish substantial portions, use our content to train a commercial model, or use our name or branding in a way that suggests we endorse you, without written permission.
Third-party names mentioned on this site — Apple, iPhone, App Store, TestFlight and others — belong to their respective owners, and their use here is descriptive. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
7. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to break into, overload, scrape at damaging volume, or otherwise interfere with this site or the systems behind it. Don't submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist. Don't use the site for anything unlawful.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SwingOK Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss, or for any loss of profit, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising from your use of or inability to use this site or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
9. Privacy
How we handle the small amount of data this site collects is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
[TO BE COMPLETED] — the governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction over any dispute have not been settled yet. This clause is a deliberate placeholder rather than an omission, and it will be completed with legal advice before launch. We are not going to guess at a jurisdiction and present the guess as binding.
