Anywhere. In the Studio, tap Photos, Files or Reddit link, or use the + button at the top. You can also share a video to SwingOK Editor from Photos, Files, Messages or AirDrop and choose Open in SwingOK Editor.

Bringing a swing in
How do I edit a swing from a Reddit post?
In the Reddit app, tap Share → Copy Link on the post, then tap Reddit link in the Studio and paste. Or open the post in the Feed tab and tap Annotate this swing.
It says SwingOK hasn't seen that post.
Posts are read from r/GolfSwing and a few related communities every few minutes. If the post is brand new, try again shortly. Posts from other communities, and posts without a video, can't be opened this way — save the video and import it from Photos instead.
Trimming
How does it find the swing?
As a video comes in, SwingOK Editor looks through it for the shape of a golf swing — the hands going up, coming down fast and finishing high — at normal speed and in slow motion. Every swing it finds shows as a chip and a band on the strip, and the first one is selected for you.
It picked the wrong part of the video.
Tap another swing chip, or drag the handles at either end of the strip onto the swing. The preview loops whatever the handles hold, and the ¼× button slows it down so you can check impact is inside.
Why does the trim matter?
Every swing plays back stretched over about eight seconds. The tighter the trim, the slower the swing plays; the screen tells you how much slower before you commit.
The video has several swings.
Pick one and tap Edit swing, or tap Import all swings separately to file each one as its own clip.
Can I turn the swing finder off?
Yes: Settings → Importing → Find the swing. The trim screen still opens, with the handles around the whole video.
Editing
A swing position looks wrong.
Drag that position's marker on the strip to the right frame. The coaching report is re-read at your correction.
What can I draw?
Lines, angles, circles, arrows and labels on any frame, plus the clubhead's path and the ball's flight. Everything can be undone, and drawings stay with the frame they were made on.
Can I compare two swings?
Yes. Open a swing and tap Compare, then pick another one. They line up at the same P-positions, side by side or overlaid.
Posting
How do I post to r/GolfSwing?
Tap the share button on a swing and choose a still, a GIF or the slowed-down video. It is saved to Photos, and SwingOK Editor opens Reddit's post composer with a title ready, so you only have to attach it.

Turn off the small watermark in Settings → Exports → SwingOK watermark and export again.
Storage and privacy
How much space does it use?
You decide, in Settings → Storage. Over the limit, SwingOK Editor removes only the original videos of older, unstarred swings. It never removes clips, drawings or exports. Settings can also clear downloaded feed videos.
Is my video uploaded anywhere?
No. Trimming, analysis and storage all happen on your iPhone, and nothing leaves it unless you share it yourself. The SwingOK Editor privacy policy covers the details, including the requests the Feed makes.
What do I need?
An iPhone running iOS 26 or later. No camera, no account.
